How To Overcome Depression | 2020 One thing I want you to tell you that meditation can work for every problem in your life. You can overcome every situation as if you are suffering from any mental stress or Depression or any physical stress. Meditation acts like medicine on your injured mind.
There are many cases in India or in any country in which peoples kill themselves because of depression or any mental problem and they think that this is the only solution to the problem. Killing yourself is not the solution, Killing our soul is a crime. Our soul is very precious and very valuable, it's a gift from God and we should know the importance of it. I think that instead of killing yourself, you should do meditation or anything you like to do to reduce your stress. Overthinking is the root of Mental stress or Depression. Every time we think about one thing again and again our mind gets full of those thoughts and we feel heavy and some stress in our mind.
I know that you have many problems and you have to handle many situations but you are not the only one who is facing such problems, there are billions of people over there who are suffering in their life. So there is only one way to get rid of such problems, which is meditation. When we meditate, our mind Works as a flush and flush out those thoughts from our mind. that's why we feel very relaxed.
Depression is very dangerous, it can completely destroy your life and you might feel that your mind is going to blast someday. I would suggest that every time you feel depressed then you should meditate for 5 min. Then you can feel the difference. Our mind is very complex and sensitive, we can feel depressed by anything like someone said something to us even if it positive and we took it negatively then we feel depressed or someone is doing something and we started observing him/her and thinking that "why I can't do that ?" then we feel depressed or him/her have something that we don't have then we can fall into Depression.
Our mind got stuck on that thing and starts overthinking, don't think of such silly things. Whenever you feel such kind of stress, Just calm down and think positive and positively take that thing or word. And don't disturb your sleep or your schedule. Get complete sleep and do things which make you feel happy and relax. Listen to music, play some games physically, go on an adventure, Explore things, Play with children's or adopt a pet like a cat or a dog.
Many doctors suggest getting a pet for your relaxation because studies have shown that the behavior of pets is very strange and when we observe their behavior like what they do in their life, How they react to things, How they behave when someone attacks you or someone gets dead.
We feel very relaxed when we communicate with pets more than humans.

- Get good sleep at least 7-8 hours a day.
